Quick Review: Eagle Eye

Shia LeBeouf (Transformers, Indiana Jones 4) and Michelle Monaghan (Gone Baby Gone, Boston Public) take us on a wild ride always under the close, watchful eye of “Big Brother”. In the realm of Enemy of the State (1998, Will Smith) and DeJa Vu (2006, Denzel Washington), Eagle Eye is adding the terrorism and modern-day overseeing that the US government is capable of. I really enjoyed this movie and it held me almost all the way through, until… Well, suffice it to say I had similar disappointments with the latest Indiana Jones movie. Some fantastic element that throws the potential realism out the door. I will refrain from too much revelation.

Eagle Eye is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of action and violence, and for language.

Overall, it’s still a great and exciting movie. I give it 4 random characters out of 5! {{{{ of {{{{{
